Brotay is a provider of Information Technology Services. We concentrate on larger systems and have worked with Unix and Unix like systems since 1979. We have significant experience with Open Source software dating back to the 1990-1991 time frame, when we started using FreeBSD and the earliest releases of Linux.
We provide systems support services of various types to firms in the Houston and Austin areas. Our services include systems integration, configuration, security audits, software installation and testing, database administration, hosting, backup and recovery, and custom software.
We are experienced in the administration, integration and support of large, multi-site Hospital Information Systems and are currently contributing to the development of PatientOS. We will be providing hosting and support services for this Medical Practice and Hospital Information System in Texas.
Our staff members have and are continuing to contribute to various Open Source projects.
